專利和其他各種形式的知識產權是我們研發團隊在過去十年中堅持不懈的研究活動所產生的新穎思想和能力的明顯體現。將這些新穎的發明快速轉化成創新產品和制造工藝技術，并將這些發明進一步商業化，開發專注于全球特定細分市場并能改變游戲規則的新產品，是我們公司的戰略能力。
實用專利保證了我們的創新產品是如何被使用和工作的，例如獨特的功能特征，而設計專利則完善了我們產品的外觀。因此，簡單地生產試圖替代的形狀類似的工具或使用通用類型的技術不一定會逃避我們全面授權專利組合的法律侵權追責。該知識產權組合涵蓋美國，歐洲和亞太地區的許多司法管轄區，同時也是向我們的全球業務合作伙伴提供分銷和許可協議的堅實基礎。
